I started at Your Gym for personal training a couple of months ago and am sold 100%. Lee is phenomenal as a trainer, business owner, and person. I have never worked out so hard in my life and it is 30 minutes of pure calorie output Lee is extremely knowledgeable on fitness, health, nutrition. Been through many gym memberships that I haven’t really utilized in the past. Your gym is clean, well equipped, and friendly. Favorite part are the sanitary wipes for wipe down of machines rather than sprays and towels. I find it more efficient, as well as more sanitary. More...

I'm not just writing this because I am Lee's Mom. I have been a member since day one. I try to go 3 days a week. Am a supermodel now. .....no, but I feel GREAT. I just went fishing for 2 day in a boat on rough water with 25 mph winds and I am not experiencing one ache or pain. 3 years a go I would be on my way to the chiropracter and chewing pain meds.
