What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and nutrition but having fun at the same time is important. This is not a diet but a healthy lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
Being with people and making lasting connections. Watching them realize how simple it really can be. Reminding them that we do this for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As an athlete myself and working mother with very active kids. I know how hard it is to stay focused, dialed in and not feel great about myself. I help my clients realize the benefits of self care and why it’s important to do things for our own bodies so that they too can be happy and healthy together.

My smile is infectious, we enjoy training and have fun doing it. I am flexible, firm and reliable.

Yes I have zoom classes, groups and more. We stay connected and motivate each other.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide a small environment that is safe and sanitary and cleaned daily, I provide zoom one on one and weekly calls and check ins. We encourage each other so I get back just as much from them as they do from me!
