My name is Shane and I have been been helping businesses both large and small since 2006, in addition I hold a MBA/Accounting. I would be happy to assist you with accounting and bookkeeping needs. I have built my pricing into packages so that you are able to plan how much you will need to spend each month on your bookkeeping. Keep in mind that our monthly packages include a number of benefits that you will find to be very helpful in operating your business.

1. Each of our packages include Quickbooks Online, which will allow you to access your accounting from your office, on the beach, or just about anywhere that you would like.

2. You will have access to our receiptbank filing system, which is a cloud based document filing system. All you need to do is take a picture, scan, or send us copies of your important documents and each document will be attached to your Quickbooks Online file and will also be available to access through receiptbank any time that you need it.

3. We include access to Liveplan, which is a business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and benchmarking tool that we will use to provide you additional insight into your company's performance each month.

4. Quickbooks Online is a robust accounting system that has hundreds of apps that can be included to your subscription that will make your business more streamlined and efficient. It is my job to help you in this process of streamlining your business.

5. Obviously we will help you each month to input, categorize, and organize your accounting. We will provide you a monthly reconciliation and regular financial reports. In addition, we will help you where needed to interpret the data so that you can successfully apply the insights.
