I will NEVER in life use these people again! Run as fast as you can! My table was damaged by movers and they are refusing to replace 2 months later! Ive called and called and theyve done nothing but lie!! First i was told they ordered the glass but it arrived damaged. Now they are saying they never knew about the damage when I talked to them personally the day of (and from the mover’s cell phone) and in front of movers. Now they are saying the movers never told them about the damage. Lies lies lies. They are so unprofessional it makes no sense. I will be disputing the ENTIRE charge as well as hiring an attorney. Yes, all over a table that they could easily replace when I spent over $800 with these irresponsible people. Never again! You guys suck to the extreme. So disappointed. More...

The crew was supposed to show in between 5pm and 6pm. Did not arrive until well after 8pm. When I asked about the delay I was told that sometimes things take longer than expected at previous moves and there was nothing they could do. Well I found out why there was a delay at previous moves, the crew was extremely slow. I had a total of 10 medium boxes and 15 small boxes that took roughly 15 minutes to get downstairs from the third floor, understandable. It took the next 40 minutes to stack these brand new boxes at the back of a small box truck. They were definitely milking the clock. They did not wrap my leather couches at all and were even dragging the leather on the concrete. They also threw the leather cushions from 2nd floor opening of the stairwell with the leather landing on the street. Luckily I got video of that. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone! The 3 men they sent out were very professional and very kind. It was a 4.5 hr move picking up stuff from a 1bd apartment on the 3rd floor and a storage unit. Then dropping off on the 3rd floor of a new apartment. They did wear masks which was nice but was over 2hrs late showing up! More...

I ordered moving services for a 2 bd/2ba Apt and they send a truck that can only hold a one bedroom apartment. Because of this I’m out of a lot of money and left moving 40% of my things to clear out the apartment. The only offer that was given was to send out an additional van for more money and labor cost! It was a complete rip off. There should be no reason that this should have happened if the inventory was given prior to booking services! You all have been warned… if you need services tell them you have more rooms than you have then maybe you will get the correct size truck More...

If you choose to go with this company you have been warned..the 2 men that came out laid out my couch and loveseat on the dirty sidewalk, no sheet, no plastic, just laying on dirt. They bent the metal legs on my loveseat and did not report it to me. Be careful about hiring this company. I am disappointed about the service I received all around. Please don't disregard these reviews as I did.
I will say when they told me they would be late, at the time they were scheduled to be here, might have been a sign.
I scheduled a packing job for 3
pm Friday. I received a call at 3:06 pm informing me they would be late. He then called at 4:06 pm saying they were on their way. When they hadn't shown by 4:42, I called to reschedule because I had evening plans.
The packers started the clock at 11am. I had to run to the store to get additional boxes. In the meantime, I told them to use their supplies, if necessary, until I got back. When I got back about 11:50a, the packers were not here. They were gone for at least 15 minutes.
They returned and packed up the kitchen. I mainly had small appliances and a few cups and plates.
I went downstairs, a little after 12pm to return the cart and grab a bite to eat. When I walk in, their standing there. I received a message about 12:32 indicating they were done.
I have a bathroom and closet that needs to be packed. I told them I would pack my bedroom only. So, why they stood there, I don't get.
Chris told me I'm charged a travel fee because they drove a moving van. I was packing my moving. He also asked me did they have everything they needed. They did and I asked him to bring supplies just in case.
I am out of $210 for nothing. See the area they completed for $210.
Now, I still have to pack and find movers. I didn't get the opportunity to use their moving services but the packing services are subpar and not professional standard in any way.
This is extremely disappointing and stressful.

This was my second time using Youngstars Services. I will likely use them again! Their work quality is very good. They are friendly and have professionalism with the time and when coming and going with your items. It was easy to book with them. However, it took longer just because of truck issues that seemed beyond their control.. the time was still respected and priced as promised.
