I have always had a passion for exercise, but I struggled for years to find a sustainable way to achieve my goals. I suffered with an exercise obsession and an eating disorder in college, which eventually lead me to weightlifting. I fell in love with this style of training.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I understand that fitness is such a personal thing. There is no "one size fits all" formula. Because of this, I listen to what my clients want to achieve and use scientifically backed methods in helping them achieve those goals. I believe that my job is to give my clients to tools and education that they need so that one day they will no longer need my services. Fitness is a passion of mine, and I want to share that love of exercise with my clients.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. You need to put in the work. Dedication, consistency, and discipline are the three key ingredients. With a program that is catered specifically toward you and allows for sustainability, any goal can be achieved.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to work in a field that I am incredibly passionate about. I believe that every person's life can be transformed my tending to their body in a physical way. Not only does this better our health, but it improves our mental health, increases our confidence, and so much more.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have gone through many struggles in fitness. I listened to a lot of BS information that the fitness industry tells you. Once I became educated, though, I realized that while it is very hard to achieve fitness goals, the steps are much more simple than what the fitness industry wants us to believe. I am a trainer who will use exercise science as the base of all programming to ensure that you reach your goals!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Online- I use an app called TrueCoach where I program all of my clients training. They are able to see demonstrations of the exercises, sets, reps, tempo, etc.
I have my clients send videos of them performing the exercises so that I can give form corrections/technique suggestions.
Every Sunday, I do online check-ins via email or facetime, where we discuss goals, nutrition, and the workouts.

If you are post-rehab or are just wanting to ensure that your risk of injury is low, I am able to give you exercises to strengthen weakened muscles, lengthen tightened muscles, and fix certain postural deviations and movement compensations that affect so many Americans!

NASM-Certified: I am give you a macro/calorie count to follow that is catered toward YOU and is not generalized, give you meal/grocery ideas, tips and tricks on hitting your macros, and customize them if you are wanting to bulk/cut.
