12 Weekly Life Coaching Sessions
We will meet once a week over the phone or Zoom for an hour long session for 12 weeks.
These sessions are meant for anyone struggling in relationships, stress, depression, anxiety, parenting, communication, boundaries, etc.
Are you ready for real and lasting change?
Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions
We will meet twice a month over the phone or via Zoom. This is a great option for those who want a more affordable option, are busy or have graduated from 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching, yet still want support and accountability.
Health Coaching
10 weeks of customized coaching to get your health on the right track. I’ll equip you with recipes, resources and specifics to get you feeling better. If you’re tired of being tired, this is for you!
