What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people clarify both what they want and how to get it/become it. I love that while we all want similar things we are all so uniquely different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I left nursing to become a coach because nursing followed a medical model of disease management and the assumption that something is broken. I prefer a more holistic, client centered approach. I help people take action targeted to their unique circumstances.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been coaching for years and love it!
I am adept at helping people clarify what they want and how to get there while simultaneously showing you mindset traps you might be stuck in. With my medical background I can help people understand the current health/wellness research and find practical ways to implement it in their lives (and that looks different for everyone).
(Plus I am non-judgmental and fun to work with!)
