I buy everything here to support my guitar/ukulele hobby. They carry a large selection of ukes and accessories and are very helpful. If they don't have it they can order it for you. Shop local - the prices are the same as what you would pay from an online retailer anyways. They also carry vinyl (new & used). For friendly, helpful info on anything in the store or just about any musical inquiry you could imagine, Yooptone is the place you want to go! I have been playing guitar since the late 80' s and have seen many stores across this fine country, but easily the best place for great musical vibe and an amazing selection of products both used and new has got to be Yooptone in Marquette MI Even if you are not looking for any equipment atm, I still highly recommend Jeff and Jake for any info about just about any musical question or even if you are starting a band, in a band, as they know many ppl they could help you connect with right away- all levels of learning included! ;-) Sooo much warmer of an atmosphere than anything else around or online! The Redneck Preacher highly recommends Yooptones Music Store. I am taking lessons from Famous Jake and He is a very talented guitar player and the best banjo picker in the area. Jeff is also an amazing musician and songwriter. The expertise of these two combined is unmatched by any music store i have ever been in.
