I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the terms of our agreement. It was a pleasure working with you during the photoshoot, and I truly enjoyed the experience. As per our initial discussions, it was understood that the package included a set number of images rather than the entire gallery of 200 edited pictures for the price of $125.00. I provided screenshots of our previous conversations to clarify this point. I regret any disappointment this may have caused and hoped we could have resolve this matter amicably.

She was an absolute delight, so professional and courteous.

We had her for our maternity shoot and she did wonders with the pictures. They turned out way better than we thought.
She has amazing talent.

She went above and beyond to make this an even more memorable shoot for us.
