Yin Fire is THE BEST .......I have been a power lifter for over 25 years and have put my body through ALOT aside from medical issues I have banged my body up with weight training, MMA, and sports all my life . I went to an awesome doctor in Charleston he did x rays that showed multiple old injuries along with aging visitors like ole Arthur ....lol I was laying on ice packs , in pain etc.... not getting much relief . We moved here and I have been going to Yin Fire since. I am now back in the gym and training again.
