This review is LONG overdue! First of all, this salon has the most amazing, welcoming vibe of all the salons I've been to in the city! Not to mention it is just so cute, sleek, clean and friendly! I've been coming here for two years and always have a great experience! Most recently, Cat cut my hair a few months ago and it was the best cut I've had in ages! It had grown out from, well, neglect on my part haha and was taking over my face. I needed serious help. Needless to say, I couldn't have asked for better magic worked on my head! I have not even had to do anything to my hair after washing it for a while since. It was drying beautifully on its own for two months. I then decided I wanted a keratin treatment and extension to prepare for my wedding and honey moon coming up and remembered she mentioned doing both. So, I saw her again this week and we spent hours together perfecting my locks. Not only is she THE QUEEN of extensions but she is fun to be with! Cat is my HAIR HERO! She introduced my thin disastrous hair to the beautiful world of micro-bead extensions. I didn't think it would be possible to have such a majestic and voluminous mane that could make a stallion cry when my normal hair was so thin. Cat is highly detail oriented, she genuinely listens to you and does everything so that you're happy with the result. Had my hair cut and colored here on Saturday and I left feeling better about my hair than I ever have! Cat is just the sweetest and she took her time making sure my haircut was perfect. I've had super long hair forever and she helped me (and held my hand) as she cut my hair into the perfect shoulder length cut. I also have never dyed my hair, and have early salt and pepper hair. I have been coming to this salon for over 5 years now and have always had the best experience and amazing results! I've always valued how much Cat and Yaniv are willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm perfectly happy with my hair. This has been the best salon near me  by far--especially after my previous experiences with hair extensions. I have extensively searched for a salon that i could trust with my hair, and Cat has really gone above and beyond with the Great Lengths hair extensions--her attention to detail and expertise with extensions have been life changing. This rating is for Joseph Bennett. I've followed Joseph through the years to wherever he goes because no one does color or shaping like he does, without charging and arm and a leg. He gives me the perfect strawberry blond and gorgeous long hair. His cuts are perfect: my long hair doesn't look or feel heavy and it also doesn't turn into an over-layered mess the next day. He really understands how hair grows, lays, and moves. I have a professional job that requires me to look high-caliber and pretty, and Joseph's work keeps me looking that way. I love my haircut!!! One of the best haircuts I’ve had in a really long time. YGallery is an amazing place! Spartak did a great job. He is a wonderful stylist who knows exactly what the customer wants, he even curled my hair.The location is very chic and spacious. I was late by 15 minutes yet they took me in with absolutely no wait. The front desk attendant was supper sweet she kept offering me drinks which is a nice touch especially after a long day at work. The products they use are also great, I was very specific about wat I wanted and halfway through the haircut I changed my mind and he yielded to my request, I was flattered. I'm sure everyone at Y Gallery Salon is good but Yaniv is just AMAZING! I've been going to him since before YGallery Salon opened. He hears your wishes and creates true beauty in the cut and color that you couldn't even think off. I always feel like a million bucks after a haircut and/or color with him and that feeling lasts for days on end. If not for the roots showing when growing out, the cuts also do tend to last for quite a while (something I never had with any of my previous hair stylists).

The salon itself is very nice and has very comfortable wash chairs.

They also carry quite a few "unheard of" products that are hard to find anywhere else and are just excellent. I highly recommend "ECRU acacia protein oil" suggested to me by Yaniv to repair my heat and hair spray damaged hair post performances. The product has done wonders. The ECRU hair spray is also one of the finest with the strongest nonsticky hold I've experienced (and as a performer, I've experienced quite a few different hairsprays).

Don't walk, RUN to the Y Gallery Salon and ask for Yaniv! More...

Originally I came here for an Ombré three years ago when I still had long hair and I absolutely loved it! Since then I cut my hair and went pretty light, after a long summer and many days spent under the sun I needed a color correction. I was looking for a soft natural tone and Adi exceeded all expectations! My dull, almost yellow color was turned into a soft blond with natural undertones! I had the immense pleasure of working with Yaniv today -- what a dream!!!! I haven't had a proper hair cut and color in years. I had a few layers of year-old henna and more recent Manic Panic in my my very crookedly trimmed hair that prevented us from going as blonde as I wanted, but Yaniv still managed to create an absolutely gorgeous transition bayalge that's so lovely I want to live in it for awhile. I had one random photo for cut inspiration and Yaniv took that and gave me the most flattering hair cut I've had in 5 years at least. I came for a cut / color with Alexis & she was amazing! I actually followed her from her old place bc she's the only one I trust with my mane and was impressed with the salon overall.  She did balayage color & trimmed my ends to freshen up my cut.
