Often, working with a new vendor or consultant can be risky. Sometimes, they're a pleasure to work with, but they don't "get it" when it comes to what you're trying to accomplish, and so the outcome doesn't quite meet expectations. In other instances, the outcome can be great, but the process of getting there can be a headache.

Working with Eric brought neither of these challenges. From the beginning, he was a pleasure to work with. I reached out relatively last-minute to see if he could help shoot a new project my nonprofit trade association was working on. He not only replied quickly, but asked all the right questions and furnished a very reasonable estimate for the scope of work.

On the day of the shoot, Eric and his colleague were professional, patient and flexible.

Then, when it came time for post-production, my expectations weren't high--not because I didn't trust Eric's editing skills, but because I didn't articulate much by way of direction. After all, we were working on a tight timeframe. However, he went out of his way to identify stock photos and footage that would enhance the visual presentation of our video, and made beautiful animations that took an already-gorgeous video to the next level.

All in all, I am eager to work with Eric again, and I can't recommend him highly enough! More...
