How long have you been in business?
We have been in this industry since 2005 and gratefully we are still here. We have clients that have been with us for that long as well.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide all materials and supplies. We are a certified green safe co, and we prefer to use Seventh Generation products. But we also use commercial cleaning products for heavy jobs. If you have a preference, please let us know before your appt.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are COVID Conscious - YBCS, is closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus), and any other virus that might come in the future. The health and safety of our customers, and employees is our highest priority. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of any virus, but we can take preventive measures to limit the spread. We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the U.S. Federal Government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies, including:
Wearing masks and gloves at all times while working.
Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available in between cleaning jobs.
Sanitizing our material in between our daily appointments.
Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
Covering coughs or sneezes.
Staying home when sick.
Deep Cleaning
All Hands On Deck! - We start by doing the initial/detail cleaning. Our initial/detail cleaning consists of cleaning everything in your home or office top to bottom and side to side, including main windows (interior only), and with in our reach. We sanitize bathroom(s) and deep clean all other rooms, including our favorite living space, the kitchen! We charge hourly for this service (15mins increments), and we recommend it to all new accounts, especially if you have not maintained your home or office in the last 4 weeks.
Regular Maintenance Ongoing Service Residential
Regular Cleaning consists on cleaning the main traffic areas and main interior windows, all other areas and windows get rotated per visit. A regular cleaning has a time limit, which is based on the size of your home/office, home traffic, condition, service frequency, special requirements, and budget. This service will help you maintain your home clean
