I was very intimidated about going to this gym. I saw all the iron in the window and thought an overweight 51 year old lady has no business coming here. I was WRONG! Friendly Staff, Friendly Customers, Super Clean (Eating off the floor clean). My husband and I both go to the gym and we have enjoyed it very much. I signed up for a personal trainer and Kelli (Owner) has been a gem. I can't believe how much stronger I have become and how my knees don't ache all day because, the weight is coming off and my legs are getting stronger. Xtreme offers so much and you will see so many different levels and ages at this gym. If you are thinking of changing your life and being the best you can be, stop by Extreme and walk around and talk with the Owners, Staff and Customers. I believe in supporting local business and when you find a business that cares about it customers plus, the owners are available to talk with any concern you may have in this new journey that is really cool in my book. They have good equipment and I love that it's always open you just use your fob to get in. The pricing is not bad either. I felt comfortable going and working out . They also have a good size gated corner with a tv, some toys and a table so that if u have to bring your kids like I have too it works out perfectly. I love this gym More...

Xtreme Fitness has all the work out equipment you want to use: free weights, nautilus and cardio machines. There are personal trainers if you want one. The members are a variety of ages and both sexes, or no one feels uncomfortable working out here. More...

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of Xtreme Fitness. I am 40 year old mother of 2, and I am overweight. I was greeted by the owners and given a tour, they spoke to me in a very kind and concerned way. As they gave me the tour, they continue to greet every member that came in by name and with a smile... I was very impressed with their sincereity in wanting to help me achieve my weight loss goals. I am always skeptical when people leave negative comments on a site and they leave them anomyously....it makes you wonder if it is legitmate.
