My experience working for Xpress fitness. My name is Francesca I was employed for 6 months until I had to abruptly leave due to the lack of professionalism staff has to deal with. I have years of experience in working in gyms..when I first was hired on there was no Janitor on site. They over worked there staff. They give full time hours to part time employees with zero lunch. They rely on there young woman to handle any situation wether it’s a homeless forcefully walking through the gym. Or a creepy man harassing employees at the desk.
