We had 545 patio reservations we were told by the hostess she'd help us shortly. she left and came back, disregarding us as we stood there and helped someone else who came in after us. she finally checked us in , saying we were early. i knew we were. then i received a text that our table was ready. again approached the hostess stand. she was gone again but another gal was there. so I showed her the text. the hostess came back. and I guess she was annoyed. told the other gal "oh just go with it" and she seated us. from that point the terrible service continued. We didn't even have a server. 15 minutes wait for a manager to swing by. she took the drink and food order. When it finally came, delivered by the busboy , there was a black hair in the food. We were never offered a drink refill or dessert option... had to ask for the bill. received a token apology for the hair. I paid the bill, but left zero tip. I've never done that before. but then, there was no server to tip, was there? won't be back anytime soon. More...

Every time I come here I am blown away by the great service and hospitality. The weekend brunch has bottomless mimosas/bloody Mary’s too. Their happy hour food is PHENOMENAL! The outside views of the river are wonderful. Surprised this place isn’t crowded every weekend. Love the whole staff too!!! More...

It’s a Vancouver landmark. We frequent Who Song’s at least once a month for the great food and amazing service. Had lunch there today and our server Adam went above and beyond to make our visit a memorable one. Highly recommend.

Table for four at lunchtime. Our orders: crispy enchiladas with beef barbacoa, carne asada burrito, enchilada and crispy taco, and burrito especial with beef barbacoa. Appetizers: bowl of queso, and a bowl of guacamole made table side. Each of us enjoyed the bright flavor combinations and photo-worthy food presentation (didn’t take a photo…hard to do when you’ve got a fork in one hand and a chip in the other). It’s a satisfying feeling to find a place serving Mexican food that has a lot of personality/flavor, and it’s even better when the service is every bit as good as the food. We salute Paige who spoiled us with her attentiveness and spot-on stellar service. She deserved a round of applause, so we gave it to her. Good on ya’ Paige! And thanks to the geniuses in the kitchen for satisfying our taste buds. We’ll be checking in on you again. More...

Today my Mother and I experienced the best customer service we have ever received at a restaurant! Our servers name was Adam West. He was very attentive and had great customer service with us and thee other tables around us! I give Adam 10 stars 🌟
