X.K.T Fitness is a Women’s based program for all ages and fitness levels . We provide Group & Private... In person, live virtual sessions, as well as Outdoor Bootcamp at a local parks. Our Training sessions and classes incorporates HIIT, Agility, Core Strength Circuit Training, Cardio Boxing, as well as Pad/Mitt work (for in person sessions)

I’ve never been into fitness before. Just recently i was able to meet Vaune and I’m honestly loving her work out sessions in the morning. Certain mornings I’m not available but i always look forward to working out. We work out from home which is also amazing for me because i am a busy mom with a baby who’s very needy lol. I’m grateful to have met Vaune & have her as my personal trainer. She’s amazing & I always feel super energized throughout my day when we workout❤️💪🏼 100% satisfied!!!!! More...

Shavaune is an amazing trainer. She doesn't just shout exercises at you, she works out right along with you. She takes every step of your journey with you so you never feel alone. She genuinely cares about her clients even outside of just working out. I hated working out before, now I look forward to it and even feel bad when I have to miss a session with her. Shavaune has been nothing short of an amazing trainer. She takes her time to explain each workout/movement, and make sure you understand it. If your form isn't right, she doesn't hesitate to help you get it right. She will push you to your potential but not over the top. I've been working with her now for alittle over two months and the results I have are empowering. I have kyphosis of my back and her workouts have helped me out. My arms and thighs are stronger 💪🏽. It's a judgement free zone as the goal is to help you feel your best. She's even suggested chiropractic therapy, which has helped me recently tackle my back issues. Thank you Vaune for all you do!! I just started recently and I must say I’m amazed already… I never thought I’ll find a personal trainer that not only has positive and overall great energy but also keeps me motivated. I’m in an environment that’s non judgmental and I can be who I am while bettering myself mentally and physically without feeling left out. On top of all things the workout routines are definitely beneficial, you are able to pace yourself out and overall you will end the workout feeling 100% driven and know in that very moment you accomplished something even if it do take time for those results to show depending on what your goal is…. I absolutely LOVE X.K.T. Fitness. Vaune is amazing, she is very patient and supportive. I look forward to waking up at 7 am to workout with her. She is always on time, she is organized, we get a great workout in everyday. I have a lot more energy and I am loving my results. There is no secret… it take hard work, dedication and commitment to achieve results.

I love celebrating my clients as they hit targeted goals along their journey… encouraging them along the way. Seeing their cofidence build as they see their progress.

What inspired me to start X.K.T Fitness was my personal fitness journey. As a mom of 3 it was difficult for me to get back to my previous body after having my 3rd child. I had always been active and into fitness. I didnt have the support professionally to guide me to wear l wanted to be. So l wanted to be that support for other women who may feel the same.

As a personal trainer… my promise is to guide you to become a better, stronger, healthier version of yourself. You derserve someone who is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. And my goal for you is u to become your own body goals, not to want to look like someone else… but fall in love with your own progress and body along the way of your fitness journey!

Yes we do offer Virtual sessions both as a group or private.

Since covid… X.K.T fitness started proving virtual sessions to all clients that choose to do so… also mask were worn for in person sessions when required.

*All private sessions include a free consultation before sessions begin *
Consultation will consist of us getting to know each other. We will discuss your goals in details, your nutritional habits, go over program options for you if we’re a good fit. We will also do a fitness assessment, take your measurements and photos to keep track of your progress.
Includes Monthly goals, & Progress checks
We will work together on your goals so that you become “a Better, Stronger, Healthier version of Yourself “… which will ultimately lead to my goal for you which is to become your own body goals!
