This is a great place to come loose yourself and just get fit. There is plenty of equipment and usually no wait to get on it. It is easy to figure out the times when people will be there if you want to lift with others. It is just as easy to figure out when you would have the entire place to yourself. This gym also has equipment that other gyms don't have. This is great, except it will give you a new way to the bring the pain (self inflicted of course). More...
