A month ago I had a less than satisfactory experience at Xcel and I wrote a review outlining it. Since then the owner had reached out and really done everything he could to rectify the situation. Highly recommend this gym! I just recently signed up and the staff was extremely helpful with my transition. I am in my mid 60's and the staff got me signed up with a personal trainer the same day and i have began my much to belated health journey. I LOVE this gym! The staff is absolutely amazing and the trainor Jorge is awesome. Everyone is so nice and willing to help you. They have so many amazing opportunities for classes and learning. I would recommend this gym to anyone. If you are feeling shy or a little self conscious this place is the place to go. No one judges you and you can go at your own pace. Everyone is very encouraging. I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is fantastic, none judgmental and you just feel at ease. They have some great services as well. Great Gym, LOVE Mike and the staff, everyone is really friendly. I dont feel like I am being judged or in competition with other people like I do at the other gyms in the area. By far the best gym in the area, staff is great and equipment is amazing. Awesome boxing area, machines you will not find anywhere else. Only reason for the 4 star is because of the hours. 10pm during the week and 5pm on The Weekends is just too early to close for my schedule. If they were 24/7 I would make this my full time gym. Great place to workout. I mainly joined to go to the Zumba classes offered but was quickly impressed with their welcoming atmosphere. My daughters and I enjoy working out there! The management are super friendly and when I had a question about membership, they went above and beyond to make the situation better than I expected.
