Eat 80% Healthy 20% enjoy life, No heavy meats for diner , Veggies and leafy greens, 64-124 oz of water daily,
Strength and Cross training 3- 5 x a week
Sleep 6-8 hour daily try the same time constantly

I like my job because I get a chance to inspire, motivate, uplift, push, and encourage my clients to meet their personal goals. There's no greater reward but to see the smiles on my clients' faces from the end results.

I have been a certified personal trainer and massage therapist since 2004. Wellness is balance. I correct imbalance in the body through a combination of massage therapy and personal training, using exercise to turn those imbalances into strengths. I help clients to master proper body mechanics and breathing.

Particular, my work stands out among others because I use the VAK method:
V= Visual (You can see the example/technique)
A= Auditory (You can hear what to do, constant instructions, and motivation during the exercise)
K= Kinesthetic (though professional and proper "touch", showing you what to do)

I believe that success is built on Commitment, Passion, Integrity, and Trust.
