Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
You do not want to pay a CPA $350 an hour to prepare your financials. Nor do you want to pay little to someone who does not know the accounting double entry system who will mess your books up. It is important to find a person with their degree in accounting who can do your bookkeeping throughout the year, prepare your financial statements, and work with the CPA to get your taxes done all at a reasonable rate.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smiles on owners faces when we tell them all the things we will take over that they no longer need to worry about allowing them to focus solely on the business they enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have known since childhood that I would run my own business. I am a Leo with type A personality. Leadership just came naturally to me.
