Our company has been here a few times.
I came out on a Thursday to a room that wasn't too cool.
Sink backed up, toilet struggled to flush.
Brought it too the maintenance manager. I believe his name is Manuel, and the manager Beverlys attention.
These two were considerate, and professional about trying too resolve this.
We were eventually moved to a decent room.
For the most part, I was comfortable with the other employees.

This place is amazing for events and great workers. They do what they can to help their clients and the customers. They ask to find ways to get the way for the customers and the workers are great for acomidating their customers. There services are excellent upon request and the rooms are much nicer to appealing. If you have a problem you can contact the staff and they will make it better. The location is good for relaxing and having big events. What a wonderful place. From the service at the front desk to the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with a great feel, bed is comfortable and clean. No issue with finding a car park. If you have children they are going to love the indoor pool.
