I love the decor and the spacious rooms. It felt like I was on a cruise ship. The lobby is gorgeous..filled with beautiful exotic fish in their numerous aquariums. I love the circular layout. Lenora and the other Concierge. (Valet) were wonderful! The clerks at the front desk were pretty nice, but could use some smiles on their faces. When we checked out, the front desk clerk could have said, Thank you for staying with us; I hope your stay was pleasant; we hope to see you again... have a safe trip.... Well, something like that...instead, she told me my receipt would be printing in a minute..gave me my receipt..that's it! More...

clean beautiful helpful staff they smile . one thing I found the room need is pen and pads ,the house service need to wape the table when they pick up the tip. ray could see the tip and the table needed to be clean in the same spot.just makes me thing the shower and toilet ain't cleaned. yes I did ask the lady to pay that some attention. Maybe the coolest hotel we have ever stayed in with a really nice nautical vibe. Right at the marina, huge aquarium in the lobby with some interesting fish to gawk at, full on breakfast for a great price and a wonderful shuttle driver who will take you straight to your cruise terminal or out to eat nearby for a nominal fee.

Excellent choice for us! We booked this hotel for a night when we got off the cruise ship! Best hotel to decompress...very quiet and dark
room to catch up on some sleep! They even allowed us to check in early morning AND upgraded our room! Very nice staff!! Will stay again! Highly recommended pre or post cruise! Not far from cruise port!!!! Oh and VERY nice big rooms! Hotel decor is spot on! More...

Stayed at the Wyndham this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Our room was beautiful, modern facilities, bathroom was beautiful even down to the magnifying mirror on the vanity! View was gorgeous, had an ocean front room. Club Med restaurant for dinner was terrific. Baked clams that were as good as the ones we used to get in New York. And Marco made a basil Martini that was outrageous. His own creation! Our server, Philip was extremely attentive catering to our every need. Your hotel and restaurant staff really stepped up their game, recognizing tired, frustrated faces coming in and making sure all felt as comfortable as possible, even if just to decompress for a short stay. Funny to watch the difference in the expressions when first arriving versus checked in and enjoying the beach and amenities. While other hotels charge for any designated bottled water used inside the room, it was fantastic to see you offering it cold in the lobby along with two complimentary bottles in the room. Incredible resort style hotel! The valet staff, front desk staff, concierge, bellman, and even the waitresses at the restaurants were exceptionally knowledgeable & very friendly. The staff is well trained and courteous...they knew my name and used it throughout my stay. You feel as though they care about you the moment you arrive at the valet entrance. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff smiles and engages in the wonderful details of your stay, it's notably & impeccably clean throughout all areas, and that master bathroom.......my goodness...what design....absolutely stunning....but it gets better....that view of the beach reflecting on the crystal clear windows and balcony door planned and placed perfectly to replace walls.... from the floor to reach the ceiling....hands down a perfect five!!! I can't even begin to thank all of you enough! Thank you for the warm welcome last night to all of us overheated, tired, hungry, powerless people. You greeted us with smiles when a lot of you were without power yourselves. You handed us cold water when you had only gained power hours before. You gave us A/C and clean rooms when we came from houses that were 110 degrees inside at times and kinda smelly from emptying our fridges/freezers. Excellent Facility, Excellent location. my room view sucked but i did not want to pay to upgrade to an oceanview unit. The unit itself was great, just hated my view. Loved the area and the ambiance. They have a few eating places attached to the resort so you don't even have to leave the resort. For a desert treat try the Gelateria, excellent service and gelato. The Burger Craze rest. is the best, go there instead of the Patio Bar, better prices and service. More...

We've stayed here for a family vacation from GA for the last three years. We love it. The location is great, wonderful beach access, lots of food, things to see, people to watch. There are lots of activities around within a short drive to entertain our 7 year old. She looks forward to this trip all year and we will continue to stay at this hotel. The only thing is that the hot tub has not worked properly the last two visits. The pool is great, though! The staff is friendly and they keep the rooms nice and clean. Booked at the last minute for a quick get away and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Hotel rooms were very clean . Location can’t be beat. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable. The shower is huge and nicely updated. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but I have to shout out Randy, one of the bell boys. He was an absolute doll and was very kind. We had arrived to early and was dealing with some frustration, but he was so kind and thoughtful that we were easily destressed. The sheets were changed, floor mopped, bathroom cleaned, and given new towels daily. I felt like royalty. I also loved the three restaurants and ice cream places attached. The best part was walking out the hotel doors to the ocean! I would recommend anyone to stay for a vacation! More...
