What inspired you to start your own business?
Business consulting is near and dear to my heart. I took a pause from doing it 10 years ago to continue growing in corporate, my education and gaining new experiences to return to my passion now. As for being a career/life coach I always say; If I can take my years of experience in life and my career and become a motivational speaker worldwide particularly to women (that's my passion, although I mentor all) I would. There is a unique space at the table for women and we have to learn to take our seat at the table.

All services are preferred online/remote via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. When engaging in business consulting depending on the need and scope of work I can negotiate onsite visits for clients. For career coaching/life coaching virtual is preferred unless you are local.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most services are remote so that I can service people outside of my area.
