The Brief - Discovery
The right questions will uncover the essentials about why you need a new website and exactly what it is you're trying to achieve. Some of these questions may seem a little direct. The fact is, being direct is part of a job that actually gets the results you want!
The Sitemap - Plan
Once I have all the information I need, I'll build a visual sitemap so we can all get on the same page very quickly about what it is we're trying to communicate and the best way to structure the information.
The Prototype - Testing
Now instead of trying to tell you what I intend to build and hoping you understand the jargon, at this point I'll build an interactive prototype. Preview in your browser and see you how my solution will work. At this stage there is no attention to design and it's not meant to be pretty. It gets us close to a working model quickly.
The Design - Style
This is where your prototype comes to life to match your brand identity. All the colors and branding strategy is applied to your new creation. We're getting close to launch now!
The Launch - 1,2,3 GO
Finally, we go underground for a couple of weeks and make sure everything is plugged in and tested before deploying your shiny new website ready to make it's appearance to the whole wide world.
The Hand-off
At this stage you're team is ready to handle the day in and day out operation of your website. Interaction with your audience and their growing activity is something you're most suited for. We make sure you have everything you need to manage this success.
The Support & Maintenance
Monitoring the health of your site, ensuring new software updates are installed on your CMS and full daily backups of your site are in place is our priority. Hands-on checkups are performed regularly.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to address the pain points holding inspiration hostage: namely websites that rely 100% on the developer to make changes to the website and fear of breaking the website due to clunky and difficult software. The answer I provide is an easy to use professional content management system which is ready for the site owner to login and update with ease while simultaneously knowing that support is available when you need it!
