Q&As

Our private practice is currently telehealth only. Leslie can see clients located in Ohio and Cassy can see clients located in both Ohio and Kentucky.

Services

We specialize in the treatment of many different sexual disorders and concerns, including desire discrepancy (mismatched libido), sexual pain, erectile dysfunction, low desire, early & delayed ejaculation, gender-affirming exploration, healing trauma from religious institutions, cancer’s effects on sexuality, postpartum pain and loss of desire, consensual nonmonogamy/polyamory relationships, exploration of kinks and fetishes, and more.

Each of our therapists has received extensive sex therapy training and has a specific skill set within the realm of sex therapy. Sex therapy is a broad service to be offered and we pride ourselves in only offering services in the areas in which we are trained and fully equipped to serve clients.

We often find that sex therapy and relationship therapy overlap but we also offer services for people in relationships that are not having sexual difficulties. Our therapists use evidence-based models to address the difficulty in communication, betrayal wounds, relationship dissatisfaction, and division of household work to help people find resolutions to problems that are causing distress in the relationship.

Our therapists create a safe space for all partners to feel seen, heard, and respected within the counseling sessions. During your relationship therapy, both partners can expect to gain tools, practice skills, and learn new approaches to solving recurring problems. Our therapists utilize teaching and training from Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to address relational concerns.

A space to allow individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
