Absolutely love this gym. The gym itself is great, but the trainers Jeremy and Susie really help to make it a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who walks through their doors. Jeremy is constantly educating himself on new fitness techniques and theories, which really helped me to continue growing both physically and mentally. Not only is this a great place for physical fitness, it's also a great place to meet new people trying to achieve a similar common goal. Crossfit Worthy really helps to bring a community aspect to fitness. This is by far my favorite crossfit gym and I try to stop in every time I'm in the Mt. Pleasant area. I was a CMU student for 5 years and recently graduated from CMU, and sadly, left Crossfit Worthy as well. If you're a CMU student looking for somewhere to workout or a Mt. I just competed at Festivus this past weekend. The organizing of the whole event from the consistent judges to the logistics of the wods was fantastic!
The owners Jeremy and Susie were very welcoming and were quick to accommodate any needs that came up.

I dropped in on a visit home for the holidays. Outstanding facility. I got exactly what I was liking for in a Crossfit box. I train at Crossfit Brigade in Chattanooga, TN and if I moved back to Mt. Pleasant I could easily pick up a Crossfit Worthy without skipping a beat. The staff is knowledgeable and interested in your fitness. The other athlete were friendly and welcoming.
