My name is Zenobia. I’m an International Federation of Bodybuilding Professional figure athlete currently ranked 6th in the world. I’m not just your trainer. Im your coach. I not only train my clients with proper form and technique, but I explain every movement done, the reason behind the movement, giving you the knowledge so that you have the confidence to go to the gym on your own when we don’t meet.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By listening to what they are asking for. Giving the the tools required to reach their goals, and holding them accountable when they aren’t in the gym.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A+B+C+D= Goals. Clients can do great with me in the gym… but what really matters is what you do when we aren’t together…. Training + Cardio + Nutrition + Sleep/recovery = your intended goal.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is watching my clients transform right in front of me. Whether it’s better form and posture, getting stronger, better attitude towards fitness, or just the body transforming. It’s rewarding to be apart of the process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been on every end of the spectrum. Athlete, to depressed overweight, to bulimic fashion model, to healthy athlete, to top 6 on the world physique athlete. If I can change my life and be the best version of myself I know I can help other men and women do the same.

I’m relatable, I listen and am by far not judgmental. I will give you all the support and guidance you need but at the same time I’m a no nonsense coach. I expect you to give me your all as I give you mine.

1 on 1 and group sessions are available.

Physique Competition Posing Coach
Posing is just as important as the training you do in the gym. It can make or break an athletes placing. Judges can only judge what they can see.
I work with all divisions and all levels.
