I did a lot of research on town car services as this would be my first time using one. My first pick had a lot of bad reviews and I used Yelp to find HCS. They lived up to the reviews and made our trip stress free as far as the freeways were concerned. I used this service to pick up my husband and I from LAX to a hotel near Disneyland. They knew when my flight was coming in and were there waiting. The car was clean and cool and the driver was professional and courteous. I had to change the pick up time from the hotel to the airport. They made the change and were there 10 mins early. Again, great friendly service. This is the best car service ever! Ordered 3 hours as directed service for my boyfriend's birthday last night. Our driver was Ryan, and he was extremely nice and professional. Offered us water as soon as we got in the car, asked us what music we preferred to listen to (and was so friendly when we asked him to change it like 5 times!), and had Lifesaver mints on hand! He asked our preference of route to dinner, was on time for each pick up and was willing to chat when we asked him questions, etc. When ordering the service the guy on the phone (I think his name was Jordan or Brandon ) was extremely nice and accommodating as well. I recently tore my right Achilles tendon and I am not able to drive. I'm in sales and my territory is all of LA county. I hired HCS to take me to all my appointments throughout the day. I am more than impressed with the services that are provided with HCS. The cars are clean and comfortable. The drivers are professional and courteous. And the staff at HCS are polite and friendly. I've used HSC for 3 weeks now (3-4 days a week, 6-12 hours a day taking me to 3-5 appointments a day) and I will probably need to use them for another few more weeks. Easy reservations with friendly, courteous & accommodating staff and drivers. I would definitely recommend! The owner is attentive and handled my special requests well. I needed a gentle driver to transport a friend of mine to a follow-up visit after surgery, and we were not disappointed! The driver he sent was polite, friendly very helpful and patient, not to mention an extremely careful driver. I used their SUV service - all the amenities including a DVD player and bottled water, and it was very clean. I had requested an hourly rental for between 3 & 4 hours and got a great rate that beat the pants off their competition. My advice is to use these guys! i've used these guys a few times again since my first review.  they are still fantastic.  last week i used them for a friend of mine as i was out of town and couldnt take her to the airport.  i was a bit worried about the negative reviews since i last used them so i asked about it.  the person who took my call was really open and candid about it.  she explained a bit to me, understanding my concerns.  she put my mind at ease that it was an unfortunate and rare incident ... and that it was not because of irresponsibility.  i was worried because since my friend was from out of town, she would not have had the luxury of jumping in her car to park at the airport ... she would have had to take an expensive cab ride.  BUT, i felt good after the convo so i made the reservation.  not only was my friend happy with the service ... she said it was "great".  but she also said the driver was also "very patient" ... because as i expected ... my friend was late and had to make him wait!  i had actually warned them when i made the reservation --- i love my friend - but she can be a bit "scattered" :)  i'm fairly certain a shuttle service would NOT have waited for her.  he got my friend to the airport on time in spite of her turtle-like movements.  i couldnt be more pleased that they took care of her.  i still highly recommend HCS. I have been using HCS for about four years and I will never use  another company while I reside in Los Angeles. They are the ultimate professionals. I work with celebrities in the movie and music business and I never have to worry about a driver hearing info and passing it along where it doesn't belong. That is a HUGE plus. Also I am happy to say that the drivers are very capable of handling themselves in an emergency situation. A couple of times during a pick up of a VIP our driver had to escort us to our car and used himself as a shield and didn't back down when pushed and tugged.Pleasant, Professional,Punctual and Priced right. HCS is modestly priced, professional, on time, and honest. The cars are all brand new and their drivers are all extremely professional and clean cut.  They know their way around Los Angeles and there is never a language barrier.  Scheduling an appointment is quick and painless and all your information is kept on file making future rides even easier.I am always on the hunt for an inexpensive town car service that isn't some chatty guy with a 10 year old town car that has 250,000 miles on it.  I found HCS on Yelp and they really are the best.  I've used their point to point and hourly service.  Point to Point rates can be found online and they are totally accurate.  In my experience, hourly is 50 dollars an hour with a 2 hour minimum.  That is GREAT.  You're getting the same kind of service that BLS would offer for half the cost.If you are ordering the car to impress, you need not worry.  HCS will do the trick.  Don't waste your time with anyone else if you want a REAL town car service.  Many thanks to Brian and everyone at HCS for making my night.
