We take our Alaskan malamute/shepherd mix to Woof Gang and she looks so pretty afterwards! She always leaves there smelling so good and looking adorable!

I’m very surprised that there is a solid 5 star rating on here and not a single negative review anywhere, but their Yelp page shows otherwise. We have gone here for 2+ years and never had an issue, we used to love it here! But, after we had the worst groomer ever (would not recommend Zoe at all) and the owner argued that our dog was not cut at all, it has made us change our minds. If you continue to go here, make sure Zoe does not go anywhere near your fur baby or she will absolutely mutilate him/her. Our dog Deuce, is the sweetest, calmest, service dog anyone could have. But, now he has bald spots all over, won’t stop itching/scratching, and keeps reopening his bloody scabs. His nails weren’t even trimmed completely either. We are very disappointed and upset. We hope that Zoe does not ruin someone else’s fur baby and that you aren’t met with a resistant/combative owner who fights the customer instead of taking responsibility & accountability for their own negligent worker who should not be grooming animals. I do so hate to do this because once you tell everyone how great a place is, then they all want to go there. But I must give credit where it’s due! Great customer service representation at the front desk and the groomers always do a splendid job with Lexi (our Yorkie). Todays visit was very special because her Mommy has been out of town for a while. Our fur baby is a shelter dog and sometimes has anxiety when being left somewhere. When she comes into Woof Gang she makes her self right at home and goes to the back knowing she is safe.
