What’s your signature dish?
We feel all of our dishes are special! Our most requested dish is our Pecan Parmesean Crusted Chicken Breast.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Great question! The only to create the perfect menu is to have detailed conversations with the client to get an idea of their likes, dislikes, dietary restraints / concersn and allergens. In the case of a wedding, its great to meet at the venue site and discuss the food.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with folks and making their lives easier. Lets face it, the average individual has alot more going on than 10 or 15 years ago. They are working, taking the kids to activities, making dinner, and taking care of the family. The last thing they have time for is ordering catering. I love it when clients tell me that they order from us because the food is great and they dont worry. They know we will be on time and everything will be delicious!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well, I ran a catering location for another company and decided I could treat the clients better than the service they were getting. so here I am!

its really quite simple, I am in business to take care of the clients needs. To make every aspect of catering easy for you. As the business owner, I deal with you directly to make sure you are taken care of. At Woodlyn's Catering, we generally care about the client. We are a local, women owned business.
