My physical fitness program began under Deshawn's personal training for nearly one year. I was looking to regain my youth.
Nearing retirement it sounded pretty reasonable to me.
But to my surprise, what I did gain... is that, through proper eating and exercise I could feel younger and I could focus better on life. I suppose what I am saying is that Deshawn helped me to... not focus on the past but the now. Get fit,enjoy life more to the full, but except and allow the biological changes in life but get the most out of it. Readers.... please understand what I'm saying.... Not only was Deshawn a Personal Trainer … But also a Life Coach. For me to say that.... I've given him a GREAT complement ... but true. We all have dreams, that is where it all starts. I help my clients achieve their results by guiding and having them eat the foods that they enjoy without sabotaging results of their training programs.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is having fun during the process and watching the progression in every training session.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to connect with every single person I meet and at the same time helping them find a style of exercise they will enjoy doing for the rest of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started when I seen the potential I had to help someone achieve the goals and feelings they were looking for when they exercise and eat properly.

Im no ordinary personal trainer that shows you how to work out for those 30 minute or 60 minute sessions with no specific guidance behind that.
I consider myself a Health Coach, someone that educates individuals on the mental,physical, and emotional stages of living a fulfilled life through nutrition and exercise while eating the foods they like also, at the same time achieving the results they are looking for.
