What’s your signature dish?
We have plenty. We would like to say they are all signature dishes, but our customers do love our Pho, General Tso, our Scorching Sriracha Wings, Egg Foo Young, Coconut Curry Chicken, and our Noodles. We can go on and on, but we would suggest you try them and make your own favorite!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen. Our clients are very diverse therefore, the palates are very different. We have to maintain and open mind to what our customers want while also keeping our dishes traditional and authentic. This is why we make everything from scratch and we can customize to your liking.
What do you love most about your job?
Serving all of San Antonio! We love to serve everyone here in SA and we love hearing how much people love our food. It is what keeps us going daily.
Catering
We can cater any event. Weddings, quinceaneras, job fairs, meetings or holiday gatherings.
Dining In
Our restaurant offers scratch kitchen dining. Everything you order is made from scratch, including the rice, wings and any of our dishes. We can substitute any protein to make it meatless and we can always customize to your liking. You want extra broccoli? Fresh jalapenos? Tofu? We can make it for you!
