Wlaminca Fitness was founded to provide top-of-the-line personal training with their specialty being kettlebell training. Whether it's at our home location in Miami Beach, FL, virtually, or at one of our classes we strive for excellent customer service to all our clients.

Wlad is a very good trainer. I’ve worked with him for a while and he knows he’s stuff. His teaching is technically sound and he makes sure you get the best out of your session. 100% highly recommend Wlad💪🏿💪🏿

I can’t say enough good things about Wlamimca Fitness! I used to not know how to work at all with kettlebells and was really intimidated by them. But a few group classes and personal sessions with Wladimir and I felt confident and fell in love with them. I love that I can attend the classes at the gym they train out of as well as outside on Ocean Dr on the weekends! Is always a fun group and the detail to the training is unmatched! With a clear plan, and making sure they are progressively getting stronger & being very strict on form & quality body movement.

Consistency & commitment is what will get you to your goals.
It's more of a mental battle than a physical one.
The physical one is the easy one!

I love that I get to unlock the best version of someone, I've taken people from them not believing they can perform a movement to them slowly mastering that movement.
I love unlocking their true strength & them using it in real-life situations.

The big box gym I used to work for lacked customer service & I couldn't do anything for the client.
Now i have full control on the service the client receives

Because we will listen first, to the story, how they end up here, and what's causing the problem. It is most times deeper than "I don't want to workout or Idk what to do"
We have worked closely with a lot of physical therapists & psychiatrists so we have plenty of resources to figure out what is going on.
