Wizard Studios is by far the best production company I have worked with in my career. Specifically working with Shawn and Paul as the project leads, they are tactical, hands on and simply know how to get the job done. With one week's notice - literally - they were able to understand our vision after a five minute pitch, help us ideate and shift as needed throughout the planning stages and execute EXACTLY what we wanted to achieve. They set up quickly and cleaned up even quicker leaving no traces of their work behind which is of significant value to any venue you are working with. They even advised on what was unnecessary that we thought we needed which this type of transparency is so rare in the industry and highly commendable. Separately, they knew how to work well with other production teams who were involved in other aspects of the event. When there could have been a scenario of "too many cooks in the kitchen," they were humble in their efforts and event assisted in areas where other teams struggled during set up.
