What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We help companies setup their books using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. We can setup Payroll Systems, Vendor Payment systems (such as Online Bill Pay or Bill.com) and help guide Bank and Equity Funding when ready.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to be a lender and had to turn away so many prospects looking for loans. I flipped back into Accounting to provide real value to my clients.

Yes we are setup for Remote meetings, and can screen share. We like Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop products. We can go over questions via phone call, text and email as well.
Financial Statements
We help prepare and analyze your financial statements and meet to go over results. We can do in person, or Remote meetings.
Payroll
We help build the system, chose a vendor, and process payroll. We will also help hire internal payroll processors and bookkeepers to help you keep costs down.
Tax Assistance
We can help get the right CPA or Tax Pro to get your taxes completed.

We will help implement an A/P system to get bills paid timely.

Helping manage your accounts receivable to ensure good company cash flow.
1099
We can file your 1099's with our 1099 service.
Budgeting and Cash Flow Planning
Time for some real fun; lets put together a budget, compare our performance and adjust where needed, and then help hire the right seats on the bus.
