What do you love most about your job?
My team and I are passionate about helping business owners achieve success in their entrepreneurial endeavors. We're a group of highly skilled executives who are no stranger to the challenges of business ownership. We want to take what we've learned and apply that knowledge to help other business owners succeed. We value a true partnership with our clients: when they succeed, we celebrate with them. When they're faced with difficult circumstances, we circle the wagons and stand alongside them. And, we get our hands dirty. There are plenty of people who can give you an analysis of what might be going on with your business... but that's not good enough. We're more than just spectators - we get in the trenches and fight with you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Small businesses are the backbone of the economy - and yet no amount of education can replace experience. After starting, growing, and selling (or shuttering) multiple companies -- and wishing I had someone to guide me through the process - I decided to switch gears and become that guide. So, I put together a team of incredible, high-performing executives across a number of different disciplines (finance, marketing, sales, technology/development, legal, strategy, HR, and customer service) who share my passion of helping business owners - and launched Winton Elliott & Associates.

We operate from our offices in Nashville, Tennessee but serve clients nationwide. Most of our work can be done remotely, but we will travel as needed to make sure that each of our clients receive the level of service and support they need to succeed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work remotely when possible. When an in-person meeting is needed, we work with each client to assess their unique situation and determine the necessary safety protocols.
