Alright - this place is the SPOT for a chicken sandwich. All this hype over Popeyes (mind you, also very good), BUT!! Y'all want some homemade pickles, slaw, sauces, fries, battered chicken? I'm a little surprised by the couple bad reviews. I've been here quite a few times and it's always delicious and the staff are friendly with minimal wait. Might easily be the best wings on this side of Temecula, sauce and dry rubs are really good, the wings are really meaty and have a nice crisp taste. The OG  Dry Rub wings are great.  I have also had the Lemon Pepper Dry rub wings, I really liked them. The Fry's are thick and seasoned.  The Special for Wednesday /Thursdays are  Cauliflower wings. I found this restaurant through a Deal Palooza offer and I am so glad I did! It's in a spot where you'd never stumble upon it on your own. It's located in what feels like an rustic, upscale food court. The ambiance is cool and there are quite a few other restaurants to choose from if you want to make an eclectic meal out of your visit. So excited I was able to visit this spot in the Cookhouse at Vail Ranch during the grand opening weekend celebration. I had the Ghetto Pigeon wings (Sweet & Spicy BBQ), the AMAZING fries (so well seasoned and perfectly cooked), and a delicious house lemonade. Service was friendly and despite the big celebration crowds, it wasn't too long of a wait. Do NOT know how to come up with a sentence that honest explains how food tasted. Â Had the Chicken Sandwich Coleslaw inside of it. This spot is on point! I'm a wing guy and enjoy a good chicken wing! I have tried almost the flavors and loved it. Some I paid for  but it was worth it. I gave it a four star because I wish he was a lager establishment. The reason I say that is because if you understand business then you'll understand that being in a small business owner means you pay almost premium price for location. First time trying this new establishment. For starters, the customer service was great! We had the mild BBQ wings, flavor was great, chicken could have been cooked a little longer. The owner even recommended the dry rub wings and threw in some on the house! I would definitely go back, hopefully they get the cook on the chicken right.The place is a little hard to find with the address listed. So excited to have the best chicken wings so close to home. We tried the "ghetto pigeon" and the "sadity seagull". Both are in the middle range for spiciness and they were just right. Not so spicy that your mouth is burning, but just enough kick! The s. seagull is a dry-rub and it was really tasty. We also grabbed some fries with a selection of their other sauces and they were all delicious. The spicy ranch is an excellent choice for dipping chicken strips or fries. I gave this place 3 stars because of the price. The wings were good but not $16 worth. For $16 I got the meal which comes with 6 wings, fries, a half liter bottled soda. The fries were really good because of the seasoning. The soda was flat and not cold enough. Now to the main item the wings, these wings I would say are a tad better than your average, so they are good. However, I don't believe 6 wings, fries, and a soda is worth the $16 here. More...

These wings never ever disappoint! The lemon pepper are my absolute all time favorites; all other wing place seriously pale in comparison. I like to consider myself a wing officiando or however you spell it. I first tried these wings in Cerritos at a fair. We spent the evening at Festival of lights Mission Inn. As we were leaving our nose caught a beautiful aroma that made us turn around to find what smelled soo good, then we spotted Wingman booth! I ordered the OG rub for the wife as I personally dont like bones. Well that changed today, these are the best wings I have ever had.Moist, tender meaty golden wings from heaven.
