Went here today and had crappy service yet again. Mind you we are very frequent visitors of this establishment especially on Thursday and Friday afternoons. The first time we sat outside it was a beautiful day and our food was never put into the system and we did not get our food, today I waited over half an hour for a round of shots, which was just two shots , our appetizer was never put in our system so we never got her appetizer and then a second round of shots took over 30 minutes again they claimed the bar was full, but when I looked in there, it was half empty. I feel like with all the issues with this meal we should be compensated for some thing, but we still paid for the appetizer and every single shot, I will not be returning to this place. I’m not gonna give them a third strike. I do not recommend this place. Their service is really bad considering that they have a ton of people working. I didn’t even get my second round of shots till I openly said that I had the worst service ever and some random person asked me if I needed help my waitress actually spent most of her time on the POS system instead of checking in on us or checking our food if she would’ve checked in on us, or officially realize that we were waiting very long for our drinks and shots and we never got our appetizer, at a minimum, I would expect the appetizer to be removed from our tickets since we didn’t eat it and there should’ve been some kind of discount to her the rest of our ticket again don’t go there More...

My first visit was tonight. My wife and I got wings and bar drinks. Wings were good and we will be back. I won't order mixed drinks anymore. They either use watered down alcohol or just aren't allowed to use enough to make anything close to a proper drink. I have had better drinks on a plane. Extremely disappointed in Wingin It this evening. Tonight was pathetic. After taking our orders our "Perky" waitress seemed to disappear, concerned about other tables. Our drinks never came. Ordered delivery and my food was delivered still warm and tasted awesome! Patty melt was cooked to my specifications and the toasted rye bread tasted delicious and made the sandwich juicy! Ordered a cheesesteak & specifically asked for no onions or peppers - of course it had onions & peppers on it & the steak was not cooked. when I called to complain they put me on hold & then hung up. The Bacon cheese fries sucked as the fries were not cooked nor cheese melted. Wasted $30 some dollars plus 20% tip on this food. This place blows & I really wanted to like it since it's so close to my house - I will never go here again. If I could give negative stars I would. Definitely on my top 3 places to eat list! Been going for years and love it as much as today as I did when they were 1\3 of the size they are now. Not a bad entree on the menu. Wings are awesome and the Ghost Burger is to die for. Staff is always great and the rare time you might experience their bad service, it is what would be average at most good places. If you don't mind lukewarm, mediocre bar food, this is your place! I was really craving wings last night and there were a few beers I wanted to try at the bottle shop next door, so we gave this place another chance. They have a large menu and most of the food is cooked from frozen. The couple sitting behind me wanted to order the chicken and waffles, and the waiter apologized stating they were out of waffles. Really?! It's so easy to whip up a batch of waffle batter and place a scoop in a waffle iron. This place needs to scale back in my opinion and get back to the basics. Ever since they expanded the restaurant, the quality of food is subpar. I ordered boneless wings with (2) sauces; mango habanero and the awesome sauce (combo of Buffalo wing and garlic parmesan). The sauces were really good! The chicken and fries were not. My boyfriend got the Reuben with fries and he wasn't happy either. Probably my favorite place for wings. The menu itself is awsome and puh-lenty of options. They have a large indoor seating area with a large bar area. Sporting events are great here. First thing I have to mention is their blue cheese. Omg, you actually get Blue Cheese Chunks!! Yes, hunka hunka chunks!!! Not pureed, liquid, boring blue cheese. The wings are ideal size if you ask me. Some have overly large Buffalo wings, others have the teeny tiny baby wings. Well, consider this you're 3 little bears because, the wings are just right!!!. the quality of food from this place has gone way down hill. you used to go in and order and got a hot meal. or place a to go order make the 15 minute drive home and have hit juicy wings. now its.cold and dry like it sat I. the fridge and maybe attempted to heat up the wings in the microwave and dried them out. the meals we order tonight the chicken wings was cold and dried out the chicken on my wife's salad was cold and then dropped on the salad instead of tossing it in the sauce then dump a ton of awesome sauce on them and the salad and looked horrible. for the price we pay one would they would make it look presentable and some kind of at least warm. so I call them and the manager Sheryl tells me to call door dash it's a door dash problem.
