In response to some of the comments here, we do dust, we do vacuum, we do keep the toilet paper stalked. I’m not sure who was cleaning that building but those are on our todo list. Loved the work assignment and the people I came in contact with throughout the facility.This was a very large building comprised of 3 levels which housed dental surgeries and toothpaste manufacturing. There was no hard part of this job, I looked forward to coming to work each day. I am a current employee of Wingfoot Services and would like to have the opportunity to ensure any potential new employees that this can and is a great place to work. It is hard work - its manual labor - its cleaning a building just like cleaning your house - but it is a great way to supplement my income.I started at 8 per hour and am now making 9.50 per hour in just under 120 days! I know the reason for the lower wage is due to the type of work. It doesn't require any experience or special skills to perform, the work is considered an entry level job, it doesn't require any type of degree or even a high school diploma to perform! Most other janitorial companies out there pay the same!I don't want to advance. I just want to show up, clean my building, and go home. I get the extra money I needed to buy a new car, I have the flexibility needed to go in at 5:00 pm or 9:00 pm to get my work done. Its great and works perfect with my kids' schedules. My day job is stressfull enough that I get to just follow my own routine. Another plus.... I get a workout at the same time! Its like getting paid to go to the gym! I get in tons of steps each night!I have other co-workers that started out as a cleaner and now they are fields supervisors and account managers, so it really just depends on your personal goals. They so ask for you can pick up your own supplies when you pick up your paycheck, but I know that it is not a REQUIREMENT. They do pay you for your time to pick up supplies you just have to ask so they can add it to your time card.Overall, this is a great place to work and fits my needs and busy schedule! My co-workers and I were hard working. Everyday around 5 PM, I would go to work early. Get my cleaning equipment, and head to the designated Bank to clean. My job consisted of Custodial Services as well as General Maintenance.The hardest part of my job was not knowing what bank to clean for the night until I arrived at my Workplace. After I was told where to go, I would follow as instructed on what bank to clean next.The most enjoyable part of my job , I worked with several people. Sometimes, I had to clean a really large facility . That was when several people were sent out to help me.
