Went to Wine4Oysters Bar and Bites last evening after winning the meal for 2 from The Orlando Restaurant Guide! Jessica waited table and told us about the 4 wines to compliment the courses- my favourite was a Red - Now Presenting a Paso Robles. If you like oysters and muscles it’s definitely the place to go! An oyster lovers dream. We went with all the types of raw oysters that our server suggested and ordered an entire 2nd round. Great drink selection (I am a champagne drinker & my husband is a beer guy). Our young son loves oysters and he was in heaven. But there were plenty of other food options for the non-oyster fans. My family and I had a great time while we sampled some of their dishes. I ordered the cold Sake and it was on the sweet side, which suited my palate well. The fish ceviche was decent. My son, who hates seafood (other than shrimp) enjoyed the Seafood Boil, which included mussels and clams. My daughter enjoyed her melted Brie with apples and walnuts. I ordered a dozen raw oysters and 9 out of 12 tasted very fresh and flavorful; 3 were flat and flavorless but still edible. In addition, my wife ordered a sangria (very flavorful) and we all shared 2 lbs of cooked shrimp and they were AMAZING! The place is quaint with plenty of sitting and good old Memphis Blues jazz music. The waitress was very attentive and resourceful and we had a great time. We will definitely return! More...

Perhaps this is the only place where I can go every day to try something or just to drink a beer. Dishes for every taste and made from fresh ingredients. Chef Tatiana and her team are doing everything from the scratch and therefore you can ask them to adjust something so that it meets your expectations.
