When I first hired Brandi (WillUParty Event planning) as a Day of Coordinator, I had completed all my deposits for my vendors but needed the pieces of the puzzle to be put together. During our initial consultation, we hit if off immediately. Brandi is so personable and CALMING which is what every bride needs!! She has truly mastered the art of providing exceptional customer service. She pays attention to detail and brought my DIY (do it yourself) wedding decorations to LIFE! Her flexibility, professionalism, and sense of humor succeeded our expectations. She easily made herself available via email, phone or text. And she always made me feel as if I was her only client! Brandi stepped in and took care of the rest of my wedding without a hitch. Brandi also provided her knowledge of vendors and coordinated appointments. She reviewed all my contracts and set up all my final wedding meetings as well. I can’t forget her team because they did an awesome job as well from start to finish. My wedding was virtual stress free! If there was a problem; I didn’t know about it just as Brandi promised. We will never be able to thank her enough.
