I went to Dr Jackie based on a strong recommendation from my son in law who is a Marine and had previously worked with Dr Jackie.  I was suffering from a lot of lower back, sciatic and arm pain due to working from home and likely not the best set up. My pain was so bad it was hard to sit still. She TOTALLY helped me and I am almost now pain free. She also had many suggestions for how to set up my home office and stretches to supplement at home.
