Freaking delicious!! This place is great! We wanted to try everything so we ordered the appetizer sampler and the entree sampler. Their food is soooo good! Everything was fantastic! Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q is a staple in the metro Atlanta area. I've been eating here my entire life, and they have been instrumental in the development of my love for barbeque. That being said I think there are some things they do very well and some things that I wouldn't necessarily recommend. The brisket and the chicken is consistently dry and relatively bland. However their pulled pork and chopped beef is fantastic and I'm personally a huge fan of their sauce. I also think they do a poor job of really highlighting menu items that I consider some of their signature dishes. The pulled pork baked potato is out of this world, but I'm sure there are people who have eaten here for years and never had it or even know it exists. Another example of this is their 12oz Ribeye, man they really know how to cook this cut of meat. The tender marbled fat in their ribeye is soaked in the perfect amount of smoke flavor. I can't recommend it enough. The restaurant also features dome delicious sides too. Their Brunswick stew and their coleslaw are uniquely theirs and very delicious, but I would stay away from the French fries. They are frozen and you can tell. The corn fritters and fried pickles are classic appetizers that will start any meal off the right way. Overall the food is pretty amazing and the restaurant holds a special place in my heart for the many memories I've had with my family eating here.
