What makes a great website?
The most important part on a great website is easy navigation and movement in the site. You want to make easy for the visitor to find what they are looking for and easy to get around. Appearance is important as well. A cluttered or site that is hard to read or unattractive to eye will cause cistors to leave quickly. Fresh content or presenting content in a new way becuase this encourages visitors to return.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I look to get a good understanding of a purpose of the project. Many a times I will ask questions like what is the overall purpose of this project? What pain points are we trying to fix?
Describe your creative process.
My creative process starts with learning how things are done now or the natural order or flow of the process. Next I try to get understand of the image or impression that is trying to be made and the audiance trying to reach. This usual gives me direction for format and appearance, From the I start to sketch or prototype. During this I always getting clients input. Once we have a solid proof of concept I develop a finished product.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A good clear scope of work but I can work with clients to help develop that if need be.

I enjoy helping my client's achieve success by improving productivity and effectiveness.
