1) I am a server, 2) I have never written a complaint.
My group was sat without being informed that we can order through the QR code.
I noticed the code (because the place I serve at uses a QR code). It took over 5 minutes to get a server for water. My group ordered all beer and wine, and one cocktail. The restaurant was somewhat busy (nothing crazy in my book). My beer took 15+ minutes. Other beers arrived over 20 minutes. I went to the bar to order a beer for ‘happy hour’ as it is advertised on their menu and the bar. Turns out they don’t do happy hour and keep forgetting to erase the sign. My friends wine GLASS POUR seriously took 40 minutes. My other friends cocktail actually took 50 minutes. She went up to pick it up and the bartender was rude. The pizza was soggy. I would not go again or recommend to anyone. Someone did say it was a new bartender but beer and wine do not take 49 minutes. Also, it that is the case then the manager should be helping out.
Again I hate to complain but it was bad.
