How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Seeing what the client has in mind, or has the heart set on and then making sure it is something that we can provide. I would prefer to send a client to another caterer so they will be happy, then offer something that I know will not hold up well or something we are not confident in making
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that we played a small part in making an event a success
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be home with our kids when we were raising them

Purchased a food trailer, make sure we use proper sanitary procedures
Full Service Catering
We offer full service catering at an affordable rate. We take care of everything for you from specialty plastic ware to chafing dishes, drinks, and desserts, if needed.
Drop off catering
If your budget doesn’t allow or you don’t need full service catering, we also offer drop off catering. Our drop off catering packages come with disposable chafing dishes, phone plates, and utensils, and party trays of various cuisines.
Food trailer
For guests of more than 60 people we can bring our food trailer on site for your event.
