Being in the moment and being able to improvise. You don't need a corporate budget to take a great photo. Remember what photography was like in 2005? The art survived that era just fine. Being able to think on one's feet and really be aware of what is going on and the direction one wants to go is really all it takes to hit an aesthetic.

Usually it's, "how soon do you want to list?" These are some funky times for real estate and there is a lot of noise and haste out there. Some listings are a spur of the moment (for good reasons or for bad), and some are more thought out. The amount of hustle you need is the amount we have!

The freedom to really do what I like doing. I'm lucky enough to have a marketable skill in an area where that's relevant. I'm always looking for a challenge, and being able to think my way out of a tough spot is an asset.

I've always worked long hours-- I finally decided that I've had enough of my efforts going to benefit some faceless corporation. Now my work has an honest to goodness direct impact on my community.

I take pretty good photos. I'm not too bad at videos. But I can say without ego and without exaggeration I'm a fantastic drone pilot. I'm federally licensed and insured to boot. I've been a hobbyist photographer since analog was the only option and professionally shooting for about a decade. Sure I haven't seen it ALL, but I want to!

Not exactly. The nature of what I do requires my presence on-site. I can work alone if it can be managed, but the work is location-specific.

Mask, gloves, and booties are now standard for every shoot-- whether someone is there or not. Alcohol swabs and topical sprays are used on the equipment before and after shoots. There has always been a hands-off policy when it comes to personal belongings.

Services

This is the most basic package we offer. If your listing is a vacant lot we will include 5-7 HDR photos and 3-5 aerial photos (unless prohibited). Expect to receive a total of about 8-10 images.

This is a quick and easy way to generate interest in your upcoming listing. We will take a front elevation, the kitchen, main living area, and master suite. These will usually yield about 5-8 HDR images. These are not meant to represent the entire listing, but is great for Coming Soons.

This is where most of the listing photos will be. We boast HDR images that include the interior and exterior of the home as well as a quick peek at the land too. We do not have limits on photo count, but most homes in this range will have about 30-35 images.

Quite the same as for a home under 4,000 sq ft, but priced for more ground to cover. A home with more than 4,000 sq ft of living space will typically have 40 or more images. For homes over 8,000 sq ft, please contact us directly.

There's a reason we're named after the sky! This is where we really shine. Aerial photos can be added on to standard listing photos (or even the pre-market teaser) or they can be a standalone service. We include a minimum of 13 angles in this package, but can deliver more if the property lends itself to that scenario.

This option is great for social media and/or giving your marketing a competitive edge. Aerial video with us will get you about 30-45 seconds of final product. Callouts are available for this service, however lot lines are not.

With this version of a virtual tour, we start outside then work our way through the home through the eyes of the buyer. We can spend some extra time to highlight special features of the home. We try to keep these in the 2 - 2.5 minute range.

Matterport is a household name when it comes to 3D tours. We take a handful of scans throughout the house and Matterport will render the entire space in a fully immersive environment-- and it's even VR compatible! This is a flat rate for residential projects.

These are 360 Spherical images sent directly to Google Street View. Per Google, businesses with active Google listings are viewed as 94% more reputable, and 29% more likely to motivate the purchase of a good or service.

Part of the "Location, location, location" mantra, these are a quick way to give some context to your listing. Picturesque streets, walking/bike paths, and small local parks are must-haves for your listing photos.

With this selection, we will reformat a selection of your images to a 1:1 ratio (perfect for Instagram) and give you a 20 second video "highlight reel" of any video services you requested, or a slideshow of photos if you didn't get video services.

A quick-and-easy solution to get prioritized search rankings when your listing goes live. Recorded on a phone then compiled and loaded directly to Zillow's servers. Simply log into your Zillow Agent Hub, click "add video" and it's already there waiting for you.

Zillow now allows users to filter results to show only those with 3D tours attached. This is a fantastic way to make sure your listing goes to the top of the search results in your area!
