This gym is great for anyone that needs motivation and accountability. The trainers are fit and knowledgeable and walk the talk! Fabulous gym~like family!! Members and staff are very warm and welcoming to all ages, shapes, sizes, and levels of fitness! The classes are great! Always switching things up to keep variety, working all muscles of the body. The trainers are great with modifying where needed for any injuries and are very approachable for health or fitness questions along with nutrition advice. Since joining Foundation Fitness I've never felt better. I sleep better and have less pain. I've even dropped a dress size. Clients at all classes I have attended are welcoming and help encourage one another to strive through the workouts. Trainers always show how to adapt or modify an exercise so that all levels of fitness ability can achieve their goals.
