How long have you been interested in magic?
I went on a trip with a friend to Hawaii after I graduated high school and I saw a full scale magic show at a hotel. I was mesmerized. I wanted to get into magic after seeing that show and share the same wonder I felt with audiences. Magic is just plain fun.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
White Rabbit is an experience. We have a culture of fun and a belief in the impossible. Our two hour events are designed to create new and lasting memories for guests. Interacting with feats of astounding magic, sipping on elevated cocktails and having a sense of enjoyment is what White Rabbit provides. We are able to take a space and transform it into place filled with wonder. We pack small and play big by setting up our bar, impromptu stage area, music, lights and other theatrical elements. White Rabbit is the answer to take your events to the next level, your venue will come to life.
What do you love most about your job?
I perform magic and bring an entire event to peoples domain, what is there not to love? Seeing enjoyment in others when they experience our cocktails and magic shows is what makes it all worth while.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in production at some of the largest entertainment companies and in real estate in Beverly Hills, I decided to really follow my passion in creating a company that is able to bring joy and wonder to many people. I felt I could create a brand that is recognizable and distinguished. Using my past work experiences, I have created White Rabbit to be an actual business. This truly is the fun business.

We get the job done, of course! White Rabbit is ultimately a hospitality business catering to our customers needs and making their guests feel heard, respected and seen. We strive to honor all who come into contact with us and we know our product satisfies and checks many boxes. We provide magic, cocktails and charcuterie all at the domains where we are booked. We will load in, do the event and then load out.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use many sanitary practices in dealing with food and production so that guests do not have to worry.

Scott Syme is the master magician for White Rabbit. He is known for creating an enjoyable and immersive experience for his audiences. His show is designed to feel intimate and fun, no matter how many people are watching. His charm is genuine and infectious, often leaving audiences feeling excessively happy. Scott has performed at events for Netflix, CBS, Lionsgate Studios, and Disney Studios. He has consulted for America's Got Talent champion winner, Dustin Tavella, and for Olivia Rodrigo on her Disney Channel show. Scott embodies what it means to be a modern showman, by merging his passion and enjoyment together to make a lasting experience.

In out vast knowledge of mixology, our drinks are not only wonderful in taste, but in scent, presentation and elegance, true drink conjuring. White Rabbit curates the menu for all of White Rabbit’s events with our own elevated style and signatures. Our cocktails are reminiscent of drinks you might find in an upscale hotel lobby.
Charcuterie grazing spread
White Rabbit only offers services that can be delivered in high class and elegant ways. We take pride in creating charcuterie spreads at our events, when requested. These spreads, when assembled, look and feel elevated and most of all aesthetically pleasing. Our customers are very satisfied with our finished product.
